Berkeley 2 Studios is the UK’s largest rehearsal studio facility based in Glasgow, Scotland. Established 41 years ago, with 14 professionally equipped and air conditioned rehearsal rooms available. We can provide equipment for hire for rehearsals and have a range of accessories for sale. There is also full fibre wireless broadband available throughout the building.
ABOUT US
Berkeley 2 was founded in 1983, and has consistently played an important role in nurturing Scottish artists, and providing touring artists from around the globe access to a spacious, comfortable, and reliable rehearsal facility in the heart of Glasgow.
All 14 rooms, come fully equipped as standard with top of the line equipment, that is well maintained, and effortless to use. Our rooms also contain individual temperature controls, ventilation, and adjustable lighting to create the perfect ambience.
We sell a range of accessories including drum sticks, strings, plectrums and straps. We also hire cymbals, keyboards, amplifiers, guitars and cables for every session. See our equipment list for full details.
We are covertly located near Scotland’s largest indoor arena, the OVO Hydro, with our own private car park and secure access to and from the building. Throughout our numerous years, we have welcomed many famous faces, from Beyonce, Robert Plant, Slash, to The 1975. Check out our clients section to see more.

Prices start from: £30
Opening Hours
• Monday – Friday – 10am – 12am
• Saturday – 10am – 9:30pm
• Sunday – 11:30am – 9:30pm
Cancellations
4 full days (96 hours) notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations after this time must be paid in full.

(rehearsals only, book in advance to guarantee, prices per 3hrs)

Free Parking
Limited availability in our own private car park.
On street parking also available, subject to Glasgow City Council rates.

A selection of snacks, soft drinks, tea and coffee is available in the studio vending machines.
